Digital Skills
Computer literacy & modern IT
In a world where digital fluency is essential, our 8-week intensive equips youth with practical computer skills — from spreadsheets and data entry to internet research and digital communication — that directly lead to employment.
Monday – Friday, 9am–1pm
Ages 16–30, no prior experience needed
Entrepreneurship
Business skills & income generation
From idea to income — our 12-week program takes participants through every stage of starting and growing a small business. Special focus on agribusiness, small-scale production, and sustainable local enterprise.
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 2pm–5pm
Ages 18–35, basic literacy required

Leadership Development
Communication, teamwork & life skills
The 6-week leadership intensive develops the next generation of community leaders through mentorship, public speaking, critical thinking, civic responsibility, and project management — preparing graduates to lead meaningful change.
Weekends, 8am–12pm
Ages 16–28, open to all backgrounds

Mentorship & Teacher Support
Upskilling educators for better outcomes
Our educator support program connects experienced professionals with teachers and school leaders to implement modern, inclusive teaching practices. Over 120 teachers have been supported through workshops, classroom coaching, and ongoing mentorship.
